Q2: What is your MOQ of bag ?
A2: Normally our MOQ is 10,000pcs But we could also make the products for you if your quantity doesn't reach our MOQ. As for we have our minimum volume of business per order. Therefore as long as you pay us the minimum volume of business, even if your quantity less than 10,000pcs, we could also make the bags for you according to your demand.

A5: The popular format is AI PDF or PSD
Q6: What’s your lead time for mass order?
A6: Normal production time is about 2 weeks after your payment, but final time will be according to your bag type and quantity.
Q7: Do I need a special sealer for sealing the pouches?
A7: No, you can use a table top heat sealer if you are hand packaging the pouches. If you are using automated packaging, you might need a specialist heat sealer for sealing your pouches.
Q8: Payment ways and Payment Term?
A8: 1. We support T/T, West Union, paypal and alibaba trade assurance payment ways. 2. 30% bag amount plus full mold cost at deposit and rest as balance before shipment.
Remark
(1) Qty :+-10% acceptable. Total cost will be charged according to final quantity.
(2) Size:+-3mm, Weight: +-5g is allowed because of unstable machine and raw material.
(3) Price Valid: 1 month
(4) As the item is customized and we can't sell to others, after order confirmed and deposit paid, the order cannot be cancelled and the deposit cannot be returned. If the quantity and design need to change after order confirmed, please contact us to remake cost calculation.
(5) If the goods in transportation are delayed or seized due to uncontrollable factors such as customs inspections, holidays or third party factors, we will make our best to do support, but we will not be responsible due to third-party factors.
